All national orders will be delivered by Aramex for a minimal fee. Please allow 3 working days for Standard Delivery. Stock items will normally be dispatched within 2 to 5 working days of acceptance of an order, which will be confirmed via email. This excludes Saturdays and Bank Holidays. Items on special order may take additional business days to process. We will send you another email with the unique tracking number once the item has been dispatched.
Transactions are processed in US Dollars.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If someone is not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
We hope you’ll like Mady’s Box jewels. However, Mady’s Box does not issue refunds unless required by law. Exchanges can be made within 10 days of receiving the goods. We can exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value of the piece/s being exchanged.
Mady’s Box inspects all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment.
We strongly recommend that all exchanges posted to Mady’s Box have a tracking number. Mady’s Box is not responsible for any exchanges that go missing, lost or damaged on their way to us. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Please follow these steps to exchange your item/s:
1 – The item/s may be returned to Mady’s Box, if in its original condition (packaging and labeling). We do not accept worn items, items not properly packaged or items that show obvious signs of abuse. Mady’s Box reserves to refuse returned items that do not follow these guidelines.
You’ll be emailed a Credit Voucher or Code for the same value of the item/s being returned, valid for a year that can be used in our online store.
2 – Returns can be made within ten (10) days of receiving the goods. Returns after fifteen (15) days of your receipt of your order, will be refused.
3 – Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on sale/discontinued items, special/customized orders and earrings due to health and safety reasons. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4 – Post the item/s to Aramex offices that will send the item/s to our store.
5 – When we have received and verified the item/s we’ll email you the Credit Voucher. The items must be unworn, in their original packaging and wrapped carefully so they don’t get damaged on their journey.
6 – Send us an email with your full name, order number, item number or name, the reason of the return.

Mady’s box will not send a Credit Voucher nor substitute any goods that have been, in the company’s opinion, subject to an accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or misuse.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Mady’s Box will not take care of any repair on any good purchased in our store.
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
Orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks – if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the dispatch of your order.
